Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PostOnce, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. PostOnce is a social content scheduling platform that uses AI to repurpose your content for LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Reddit.

You must create an account to use PostOnce. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information during sign-up.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including content published through connected platforms.

PostOnce provides:

• Content composition — A composer for writing posts that serve as your source content.
• AI repurposing — Automated rewriting of your content for LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Reddit using Anthropic's Claude API, tailoring tone, length, and format for each platform.
• Cross-platform publishing — Direct and scheduled publishing to your connected LinkedIn, Reddit, and Bluesky accounts.
• Unified analytics — Aggregated engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, clicks, follower changes) across your connected platforms.

PostOnce offers Free, Pro ($19/month), and Business ($49/month) plans. The Free plan includes 5 posts per month with manual publishing. Paid plans unlock unlimited posts, scheduled publishing, advanced analytics, and additional features.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar or Stripe.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
• If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a grace period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

You own your content. PostOnce does not claim ownership of any content you create, upload, or publish through the service.

By using PostOnce, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service — including sending your post text to the Claude API for repurposing, storing variants in our database, and publishing to your connected platform accounts.

AI-generated variants are derived from your original content and belong to you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all variants before publishing.

When you connect LinkedIn, Reddit, or Bluesky:

• You authorize PostOnce to publish content and retrieve analytics on your behalf using the credentials you provide.
• OAuth tokens and app passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored securely. They are only used to perform actions you explicitly initiate (publishing, analytics sync).
• You may disconnect any platform at any time from your settings page, which immediately deletes the stored credentials.
• You remain bound by each platform's own terms of service. PostOnce is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., content removal, account suspension).

You agree not to use PostOnce to:

• Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates the terms of any connected platform.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful material.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, abuse the AI repurposing feature, or interfere with the service's infrastructure.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

PostOnce uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate platform-specific variants of your content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your intent. You are responsible for reviewing and editing variants before publishing.
• PostOnce is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you approve and publish.
• Only your post content and the target platform are sent to the AI provider. No personal account information is included in AI requests.

PostOnce uses Inngest for reliable scheduled publishing. While we strive for exact delivery times, we do not guarantee that scheduled posts will be published at the precise requested time. Network issues, platform API outages, or expired credentials may cause delays or failures. You will be notified of any publishing errors in the app.

We aim to keep PostOnce available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service unavailability, including missed scheduled posts.

PostOnce is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostOnce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data — posts, variants, analytics, connected accounts, and subscription records — will be permanently removed.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Continued use of PostOnce after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
